Cancellation Policy

No shows and last minute cancellations really impact on us all.

Therefore, we kindly request that if you are unable to keep an appointment, or wish to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

We reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment value for any missed appointments.
