We provide you with a full consultation, during which you will be asked to complete a client record card, disclosing personal information about your health, lifestyle and any other information which may be required before we proceed with your treatment.

Any information provided to us is private and confidential and we would like to assure you that your information will never be sold or shared with third parties and will be stored securely.

Records will be retained for 7 years from the date of your last visit. After this time, they will be destroyed in accordance with GDPR regulations.

You may request to see any personal information which we have on record.
